This policy describes what SignupFlow collects, why, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run sign-up sheets, we don't sell data, and we don't show ads.
Organizers: your email address (for sign-in links and account identity) and the sign-ups you create. Participants: the name, email address, and any comment you submit when claiming a slot, or the email you leave on a waitlist. Everyone: standard technical data needed to operate securely — IP-based rate-limit counters and a session cookie for signed-in organizers.
To run the service: showing organizers who signed up, sending transactional email (sign-in links, registration confirmations, reminders, cancellations, waitlist notifications), and preventing abuse. If you join a product waitlist we will email you about that product. We do not sell personal data, run advertising, or use your data to train anything.
The organizer of a sign-up (and co-organizers they add) can see the names, emails, and comments of its participants. Public sign-up pages show first names of registrants only when the organizer enables it — email addresses are never shown publicly.
We run on Cloudflare (hosting, database, and Turnstile bot protection — Turnstile processes technical browser data on public forms) and send email through Resend. These providers process data only to provide their services to us.
One cookie: an essential session cookie for signed-in organizers. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics cookies.
Sign-up data is retained while the sign-up is active and cleaned up on a schedule after it is archived. To delete your account or your registration data, email support@signupflow.app and we will remove it within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or anti-abuse reasons.
The service is intended for use by adults. Sign-ups about children's activities (a classroom party, a youth team) should be filled out by parents or guardians, not by children under 13.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date above.
