These terms govern your use of SignupFlow, a service for creating and sharing online sign-up sheets. By creating a sign-up or registering for one, you agree to these terms.
SignupFlow lets organizers create sign-up sheets and lets participants claim slots on them. We provide the service "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features. If we ever discontinue the service entirely, we will make reasonable efforts to give organizers advance notice and a way to export their data.
Organizer accounts are identified by email address and accessed through sign-in links we email you. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. Participants do not need an account; registrations are managed through emailed access links, which should likewise not be shared.
You agree not to use SignupFlow to send spam, collect personal information deceptively, impersonate others, distribute malware or illegal content, or interfere with the service (including scraping, probing, or circumventing rate limits). Sign-ups that violate these rules may be removed and the accounts behind them suspended.
Organizers own the content of their sign-ups. By publishing a sign-up you grant us the license needed to host and display it to the people you share it with. You are responsible for what you post and for having a lawful basis to collect the participant information your sign-up requests.
The core service is free. If we introduce paid plans, pricing will be shown clearly before you are ever charged, and features you used for free will not silently start billing you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignupFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or $10 if you paid nothing).
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date above. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
